„Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.“

The weather wasn't cooperating the first couple of days and so highway 12 was blocked the first couple of days, but the host Donika and VRBO were accommodating and helped us find alternate places to stay, and we were able to make it work and had a great time. We were able to cook in this home because it is fully equipped with everything you may need. The decks on this home allow you to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
