„Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen, denn es handelte sich um eine Ferienanlage und nicht um eine stillvolle Cabaña mit besonderer Atmosphäre wie wir es aufgrund der Fotos erhofft hatten. Kinderprogramm und Aktivitäten auf dem See gibt es nur am Wochende, so dass wir auf dem Gelände nur Minigolf hätten spielen können (Aufpreis von 5 USD pro Person). Frühstück war auch nicht im Preis mitinbegriffen, wir hatten dies allerdings bei der Buchung übersehen, da wir bei unseren Reisen ...

„Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo.“

„El propietario es uno de los peores con los que he tenido un trato. Se desentendio de mi reservacion. Cuando yo me llame, dijo que no tenía reservacion y lo rento a alguien más. Fue un descarado y no ayudo en nada. Me disgusto mucho esa persona.“
