„We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. „Nice little place for the two of us. We enjoyed many pleasant walks north to the downtown and riverfront area, and east toward the Edison Winter Estate and along McGregor. Easy to drive to the various places we went for golfing, shopping, spring training baseball, etc. We were initially surprised to learn of the studio apartment right behind our space on the property, but the tenant was quiet, respectful and usually away during normal workday hours. „Fantastic stay. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need: beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, extra trash bags, board games, even a portable crib which was perfect for our toddler. We truly felt at home here. We were disappointed the pool was not heated, and it was quite cold, so we didn’t swim during our stay. „Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents.
