„This place was excellent for our short stay near Great Sand Dune Nat. Park. Very peaceful setting, spacious home with good bedding and towels. We did not know it was “mosquito season” and the swarming made it hard to use the decks at most points in the day or night. The smoking coils we purchased after the first night helped a bit in mid-day, so that’s just something to prepare for. The grill was not cleaned and no propane but those things do happen and the host apologized. We wish we could have ...

„The property is very clean and comfortable. There is a creek just out back but unfortunately the mosquitos were bad so we couldn't really explore. We went to the Great sand dunes which was fun and the greenhouse hot springs. T-brew house is a fun group of people but please note that dining out here is limited. Luckily we had food and the house has everything you need if you need to cook. If you are looking to unwind with great mountain views this is the place!“

„It was very nice. Essentially what we expected. Loved turning off all the lights and viewing the millions of stars from the star gazing platform and fire pit seating area. Worked perfectly for our extended family sand dunes trip. The host was very easy to contact and worked with us. Would highly recommend.“

„My family and I had a great time at this home. Our kids loved it as well. We went to the Alligator Farm and Sand Dunes. What a pleasant time we all had. The Host was excellent by quickly responding our questions. The home is a perfect size for a family of 5. He thought if everything you dont lack nothing. Thank you so much!“

„The house is very nice, surrounded by high desert. Very peaceful and relaxing. We spent a day at Great Sand Dunes, drive to park entrance is about an hour away. Also, about an hour drive to Salida, great hiking in the area. The mosquitoes are for real in June in Crestone. Recommend bringing bug spray. Our dogs came with us, they did great at the house but needed to use caution when walking the neighborhood because of the cactus.“

„This property is FANTASTIC! Mountain views from every window, showers and giant soaking tubs in both bathrooms in the main house, and 2 additional bedrooms plus a full bathroom in the adjacent studio. „This was perfect for our family, as five bedrooms (and the washer/dryer) came in handy. The binder on the property was great, and we liked Crestone and the surrounding area a lot. It was a bit of a drive to the Sand Dunes entrance, but we knew that ahead of time, and the location worked well.“

„Overall the property is nice. The bathroom situation was not desirable because the main area closed at 9pm. So if you spend the day doing adventures you have to be sure to be back early to get a shower. The fridge is small and there is no microwave in the house. To actually cook you would have to use the main house. I missed this when I booked I would have like an area in my cabin to prepare lunch. „First off, shame on us for not researching more - Crestone gets clobbered with mosquitoes in June-July, so we were mostly stuck inside for the duration of our visit. Good news is that this property is cozy, comfortable, adorable, and still offered great views so we were able to feel at least a little in nature without nature eating us alive. „Our whole family really enjoyed this relaxing property. The pool table was especially a hit with everyone! There was lots of room for our family of 5 and plenty of space. Our 16 year old set up a telescope on one of the 2 balconies and star gazed for hours. We made 2 trips to the Sand Dunes and Gator Farm, the drive was about 50 minutes.
