Inoltre abbiamo anche provato a contattare il ragazzo che ci ha fatto fare il check-in ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto una risposta “

He personally went there to fix a problem we had with the water heating. Although of little dimensions, the apartment is well kept and naturally illuminated.“

„I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level ...

„Beautiful accommodations and convenient to metro and shopping, restaurants. However there was a problem with the hot water system (fixed eventually). And we were very surprised by the rule of no cooking or eating in the apartment after 10 am. We chose the place specifically for access to a lovely kitchen because two of us have dietary restrictions that are not easy to accommodate in Italian restaurants. They should have emphasized this in the description. I’m afraid I lost some weight there.“
