This space is a little over 1000 sqft, has 2 bedrooms, and one large bathroom. The entire place including the back yard has been nearly completed remodeled and renovated with the newest equipment and top of the line appliances. Furnishings are airy/mid-century with a modern and chic twist.
Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house along the street. A short walkway will bring you to the front of the house with a few steps up to the door and digital key-pad access.

Quiet and quaint neighborhood just a few streets from central Bakersfield Downtown area. Minutes away from two hospitals (great option for traveling health professionals), multiple restaurants, trendy cafes, ice cream parlors, and a bowling alley. It is recommended that you drive slowly throughout the neighborhood and keep an eye out for children playing and walking pedestrians.

Pet Fee - Occupant will be required to pay $500 if evidence of pet on the property without approval.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES - In addition to Airbnb's 2021 ban on events and parties, only registered guests (maximum 4) are allowed on to the premises during a booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine.
Smoking Fee - occupant will be required to pay $1000 if evidence of smoking (ash tray, smoke residue, smell of cigarettes or weed, etc.)
Parking - Only 2 parking spaces are available to guests directly in front of the premises and not in front of neighbors' homes. The occupant will be required to pay $200 for each additional car.
Bodily Waste Fee - Occupant will be required to pay $1000 if evidence of human bodily waste is found on the property.
Quiet hours - 8 pm - 8 am

Intentional obscurity of security cameras - Airbnb has a strict policy that all disclosed security cameras are not to be intentionally obscured or blocked off for any reason. Security cameras are available at the front door, back door, and sides of the house, these are facing outwards and cannot record any activity within the house. Intentional blockage of these cameras will result in a $500 fine (ie: placing a plastic bag over it, standing directly in front of it to block activity etc.)
Bodily Waste Fee - occupant will be required to pay $400 if evidence of human bodily waste is found on the property.
Water contact with wood flooring - our hard wood flooring should not be exposed to any form of water or fluid for an extended period of time. Moisture must thoroughly dried otherwise "bowing" will occur causing serious damage. Occupant will be required to pay $300 if evidence of bowing is identified.
