"We stayed at this hotel after being spoiled by the Coast Hotel on Boracay, so our expectations were high. For a five-star property, we were surprised by some aspects. Our room was very small, and while it was cleaned daily, the rest of the property – particularly the stairs and pool area – often felt unclean. The hotel seems more focused on accommodating large crowds rather than maintaining top-tier quality, with the pool not always clean and even black hairs found in some areas. The staff, however, was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight – the kiwi pancakes and ube pancakes were fantastic! That said, the breakfast experience felt like a mass operation, with waiting times and a focus on quick turnover. The location is perfect, right on White Beach, but overall, the hotel feels more focused on quantity than quality. For a five-star hotel, we expected more. If you prioritize location and don’t mind a large-scale operation, it might be a good option, but for us, it didn’t fully meet expectations."

"As we arrived we got a „free“ upgrade to a room with veranda, which was nice, however it seemed that all the rooms have a veranda anyways so we were a bit confused. When we wanted to use the bathroom there was urine all over the toilet seat, and not little. That was gross enough, so we told reception to kindly get someone to clean it while we would go to dinner. As we came back it still wasn‘t done so we had to do it ourselves as we came back late!!!!! Furthermore we had no warm water for one night, one shower head was broken the other one we also had to clean as it was so full of scale that the water was only coming out in drops! We had to keep asking for more toiletpaper as they refused to give out more than one piece at the time, which was annoying as well. The phone was also broken and so were the power sockets. The only nice thing was that it was quiet and that it was only 5 min from the beach. "

"Dank dem Hoteltransfer Service konnten wir unser Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Hotelanlage war ebenfalls atemberaubend. Restaurant war super."
