„Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Renovations are good but we stayed in 2 different rooms with a gap between and both rooms had significant air gaps under doors. Had to put towels at door to cover gaps at floor to keep marijuana smoke out since non smoking policy keeps smokers outdoors. Otherwise good stay and would stay here again if in Upland area.“

„Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed ...

„The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me.“

„While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money“

„Let me start out by saying Josie is a great host and very responsive to any issue. Most of my comments are going to be addressed towards older people or those with mobility issues. The suite is a conversion/additon to the main house which I stayed in last August. The two car garage was converted to the living space and kitchen. The addition is the master bedroom and bathroom. It should be noted that there is about a 3” step up between the two rooms and about a 6” step up to the bathroom. In ...

„We are in California to be near a terminally ill family member and needed a place over the holidays. This was the perfect place for us. The unit was in a gated community so it was quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was clean. Best of all, the host was great to work with. He was responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay was good. He was very caring and showed genuine concern for how we were doing. We would stay again. “

„Absolutely loved this place! I was traveling by myself for a working holiday and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Gabi was a very thoughtful host that made sure I was well taken care of. Since I was working, I turned the kitchen table into a multi-monitor work station. The chair was surprisingly comfortable for my long hours. More so, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I've had multiple back surgeries, so that was a concern for me. I stayed for almost two weeks and my back had zero problems. ...
