Two lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs with bar. Reverse cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the living rooms and main bedroom. Two televisions – both with USB port and DVD player. Board games provided. Two outside dining areas, one upstairs on the balcony and one downstairs. Child/infant friendly with stair gate, cot and high chair. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine (BYO Nespresso-compatible pods) and dishwasher. Large fridge/freezer in kitchen with additional drinks fridge. Flat plate gas barbecue. Top load washing machine. Parking for 4 cars off street in the driveway. 5 minute walk to beach. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to Balgowan. Turn right onto Ocean Parade (first right once in Balgowan). Continue straight until you reach number 11. Look for the blue and yellow sign.
