„The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one.“

„This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!“

„The house is really nice and offers plenty of space for a bigger group of people as it has a big living room with cosy fireplace, a really big and well equipped kitchen, a big table where you can gather to eat. Also really nice sleeping rooms with enough showers/toilets. The location of the house directly on the loch is priceless and the views are breathtaking… Scotland at its best, hope to come back soon!“

„Wir haben eine Woche mit 6 Personen im Eckford-House verbracht und waren leider etwas enttäuscht. Die Lage ist prima. Nach Dunoon sind es nur 10 Minuten und auch in den Argyll-Forest und zu vielen darin angesiedelten Wanderungen ist es nicht weit, bzw sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus entsprach leider nicht dem Standard welchen wir von den Bildern vermutet hatten. Alles war handwerklich eher im schwierigen Zustand. Das Gemeinschaftsbad von zwei Zimmer zugänglich ist so klein, dass man kaum zu ...

„Came here with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in accommodated us arriving early.There was everything and more on offer. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. And the gift of chocolates and wine gave that extra special.touch...would definitely recommend and return.“

„This property is not well maintained, updated and appears very lived in. The heating wasn't working properly, the upstairs toilet ran constantly, there was one threadbare bath towel per person and many other problems. We had booked for one week and left after one night. The host was very responsive and refunded our money without any problems. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, but this was our first bad experience.“
