We were very upset that our reservation requirements were not honored. We booked 5 rooms and requested that 4 of them should be connected. We followed up our request with two phone calls to the hotel the week before and both times were assured that all was well. At check-in today we were told there were no connecting rooms, though they later did find one pair. So we ended up with 4 rooms, even though we had paid for 5. I now request a full refund. We lost over an hour at the check-in desk trying to resolve the issue, but still lost one room. It caused much stress to the waiting families. The delay was extremely upsetting as we had an event to attend. Please send me a refund as soon as possible. Let me add that your staff tried hard to help us and I have nothing but praise for them, but we still could not get the rooms we had booked. Thank you for your kind attention.
