"The Banff Park Lodge is a somewhat older hotel, which is why rooms aren't in the nicest conditions (old furniture and carpet) at the moment. However, this is currently changing since the hotel is currently being renovated. Also everything was spotlessly clean, so I don't have any complaints! My room included a personal whirlpool which was really awesome. The only thing I missed was complimentary water inside the room. However, there were water fountains on the main floor which could be used to fill your own bottles."

"Das Hotel liegt gut zum Laufen in die Innenstadt.Parken innere Tiefgarage sehr angenehm. Die Kosten für Übernachtungen sind in Banff ungewöhnlich hoch und so auch hier! Das Frühstück haben wir an der Bar a la carte eingenommen, es war überdurchschnittlich gut und lecker! War ein high light! Erwartet man so nicht gleich!"

"Brand new hotel and the end of town, 20 minutes walking distance to the center of Banff, along a secure street with pedestrian pathway. Final touches still missing as its very new. Standard rooms with nice Terrace as we where in the main building (other rooms have no such view). Wonderful staff, and great casual atmosphere. Only criticism: The light in the room. Either very dark with just bed reading lamps or with room light it reminds you of a hospital. NOT cosy at all! Over all a good place to stay! We definitely recommend! "
