Under the 2020 STRA Code of Conduct a guest must not create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises. We trust that you will assist us to remain compliant with noise regulations. In the event that the quiet hotline are called and attend to a noise complaint there is a $200 call out fee.
