Perfect Spot
This apartment was perfect for my husband and myself as we visited our son and daughter-in-law. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Even had a toaster delivered when we couldn’t find one in the apartment. It is within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants and museums. We would certainly come again.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past several years. Perfect location, easy to walk to local restaurants. Hosts are easy to work with and have great communication. Highly recommend this place

Great central location for Bangor/Maine exploration
Property was everything we needed for a week of exploring Bangor and Maine. Very walkable location to lots of great restaurants and activities (art museum, playhouse, waterfront). Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Good central location for day trips up to Baxter State Park or down to Acadia. Parking wasn't an issue for us. There was always something open less than a block away. Would absolutely stay here again if heading to Bangor area.

Great place to stay in Bangor
Such a great place to stay! The loft was comfy and there was plenty of room to relax. We loved the minimal/old industrial style of the space. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great place
Place was great. Very clean and cool looking. The 4 flights with luggage was not fun but very accurately explained in listing. Derek was very quick with communicating with us which was a plus. Didnt spend much time in Bangor, prefered the deive to Bar and Acadia( about an hour) No A/C but again didnt list A/C so i should have known. Bedroom fan worked but ceiling fan in living room did not. Derek mentioned to maintenance’s so hopefully up and running again. Listing did say nintendo but there was none there, not a deal breaker just letting future renters know. He does have numerous board games for guests which was fun. All in all, would 100 percent rent this place again.

Great little spot
Everything was exactly as described and the rooftop was great The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is for the few things below 1. There is no elevator which we knew going into this. Being on the 4th floor keep in mind you don’t want to pack a large suitcase. Break it up into 2 smaller bags that are easier to pick up and maneuver the winding stair 2. We could not figure out how to work the ac controls. Back bedroom was hot and front living area was freezing. We had people sleeping in the living area and were able to use extra blankets in the unit to warm up 3. The sliding doors are great aesthetically but they are loud and catch in the track. There is a piece that sticks out that we kept hitting our shoulder on. I would suggest switching to pocket doors. If that is not possible at least remove the metal hook sticking out and add a handle on the inside. You have to stick your finger in a small thumb hole to close it from inside 4. Wi-Fi doesn’t pick up in the bedroom well. So if anybody is working there the living room is best. We had 3 people working and couldn’t use the bedroom for private web calls 4. Last small thing. The street entrance door was unlocked the whole time except for the morning we left. We had someone take something to their car and did not have their phone to get the code and got locked out. If there is a schedule on when door is open and when it is locked maybe that should be included with check in instructions just in case.

Great Place in City Center
Stayed two nights while visiting Acadia. Only spend evenings, but certainly room for more if we wanted. Nice job in converting old factory to nice residential unit, but recognize it’s a rehab, and on 4th floor with no elevator We had bikes on car. Recommendation from local fire department guys was to take them in a t night, else they might not be there in morning. I thought the area was fairly safe, but there was a fair amount of folks living on the streets in the city center, so I could see crimes of opportunity Parking was no issue, we were only there after 5 and gone before 9, so easy to park right out front. Highly recommend if you’re gonna be in Bangor, wanna walk to the hot spots of the city center, and like the rehab type place

Very Nice
This was a very nice place, it was clean, comfortable and exactly what was in the listing. It had everything needed for short or extended stay. It is a downtown penthouse so some traffic noise but nothing unexpected and the bedroom was quiet for sleeping. Close to restaurants downtown and some shops.

Bangor short vacation
We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was in walking distance to a number of restaurants. Unfortunately, the brewery below was not open - maybe because it was July 4 week? The apt was fairly well-equipped. There is a roku tv which would have been great if we could have remembered all of the req'd passwords lol. I do think it should be more clearly pointed out that there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit as carrying a lot of luggage might be a chore. The management was very responsive. There is a parking limitation during business hours but we did not have any issues.

we only were there for a few days, but we could’ve stayed for a whole month. this apartment is a great little spot in the middle of downtown bangor, walking distance from tons of local restaurants and bars. very spacious and complete with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. we really loved this place

It was easy to check in, very clean, as described. We did have a problem with sofa bed but management replaced with a couch. Great location. It did have 4 flights of stairs which made me winded but I knew that going in.

Property is fantastic and in great shape. Walkable to a number of good restaurants. Only issue is getting into the building is a bit of a hastle, even had someone walk down the street and say to me that they always see people Struggling with the outside door there. But would recommend to anyone.

Spectacular loft in Bangor
It was a last minute decision to book this property and Derek accommodated us with only one day’s notice. The loft is as nice as it looks in the pictures with plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra touches such as games, a record player and even a wine fridge. We were there during a blizzard and were grateful to have such a great spot to stay in. We would definitely stay again!

Cleanest Stay Ever
The apartment was beautiful! The cleanliness is 5⭐️, the space is PERFECT! We did have a few questions so I reached out to the property owner, however I never got a response . I sent a message via VRBO and txt but no response. My questions were minor (check in time, parking and coffee maker) so the lack of response wasn’t a deal breaker but communication was poor at best. Just for awareness; Parking was tricky there was a parking ban which happened nightly. Also entering the building was challenging , the lockbox closest to the door was malfunctioning. Thankfully another couple renting helped us out. They had the same issue the night before. Easy fix use the other lock box which we did and had no issues the rest of the trip . All in all it was a wonderful stay . I just can’t give it a 5⭐️ Based on the lack of a response to my questions. I’m just thankful it all worked out.
