„The location and house are spectacular. We had plenty of room for the 10 people who were travelling together. The site, however, had many mechanical issues which were not responded to as quickly as needed. We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. Not a great start w/ communicating with the owners since we were given an emergency phone call to use.... to no avail. The furnace needed a new ...
