„First off, I would like to mention that I booked this hotel through hotels.com for 2 days including the new year gala dinner. However, the hotel did not honor that booking, and after extensive negotiation, I was asked to pay extra for the stay. The stay was pleasant otherwise but the NY gala dinner and event was subpar. The hotel does not provide accommodation for drivers but instead provides food. Overall service was good and breakfast was decent.“

„The hotel is not on the main road. It has a very steep and narrow downhill approach road and is hard to find. You have to manually turn the geyser switch on 25 mins prior for one hot bucket of water for bath and then wait another 25 mins for the next bucket. Linens, bed sheets, etc. are dirty. Even when they didn't have any other guests staying over, they had apparently run out of blankets on a cold night. A bunch of guys in their late teens manage the hotel. It's very subpar, not recommended ...
