Unser Haus wird ohne Zweifel begeistern in den Details. Egal, ob Sie zu Ihrem Herzen Ski out oder kuscheln und lesen Sie Ihr Buch bei Blick auf die wunderschöne --neueste unser Haus das perfekte Wochenende für Sie und Ihre Familie zur Verfügung stellen möchten. Wir kauften dieses Haus im Jahr 2010, weil wir verliebte sich in, was als "Million Dollar View" beworben. Boy, waren sie recht !! Der Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend. Wir entkernt das Haus, baute einen zusätzlich zu der Größe des home-- verdoppeln und jetzt unsere 3 Kinder zum Skifahren, Schlittenfahren und Bergwandern genießen.

Nun zu den Details:
Unser Haus kann 7 Personen. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat eine super bequemen King-Size bed-- mit seinem und ihrem Matratzen eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf zu fördern. Eine neue Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad bieten eine Chance, für ruhige Zeit und Entspannung weg zu schleichen.

Ein Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett und 1 Zweibettzimmer mit TV. Ein Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett.

Der offene Wohn Plan hat einen großen Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen, Bar mit 3 Hockern und einem Dual-Kamin sowohl aus dem Essbereich und dem Wohnzimmer angesehen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr komfortabel und die Schritte hinaus auf unsere geschlossene Veranda für schönen Nachmittag Entspannung. Das Achterdeck verfügt über komfortable Rocker und einen elektrischen Grill. Trinken Sie Ihren Kaffee oder Wein auf dem Deck und beobachten Sie die Sonne aufgehen oder einstellen. Traumhafte Aussichten!

Für Sommergäste, bitte beachten Sie, dass unser Haus sowie die meisten Eigenschaften auf dem Berg keine Klimaanlage haben. Die Temperaturen während des Tages sind in der Regel in den oberen 60er / 70er Jahre niedrig und gelegentlich bis in die Mitte / oberen 70er Jahre an bestimmten Tagen aufstehen kann. Die Temperatur kann in den Abendstunden recht kalt werden. Unsere Gäste lieben alle Fenster im Sommer zu öffnen und die kühle Brise von außen genießen. Es gibt Boden-Fans in den Schränken und einem großen Deckenventilator im Wohnbereich des Hauses.

Unser gesamtes Haus ist auf 1-Ebene, die für die Menschen groß ist, dass es schwer Treppensteigen zu finden. Wir haben Parkplatz abseits der Straße für 2 Fahrzeuge, und es gibt etwa 6 Stufen auf den Gehweg bis vor die Tür. Für Wintergäste wissen, wenden Sie sich bitte, dass Beech Mountain erfordert, dass Sie ein 4-Rad-Fahrzeug in den Wintermonaten. Sie tun pflügen die Straßen häufig bei Schneefall, aber bitte ohne das entsprechende Fahrzeug den Berg im Winter treiben nicht versuchen Sie.

Relax and enjoy the view!
This mountain house had a good central location on Beech mountain, so there was easy access to everything. The house was well appointed, with good bathrooms and a modern well-supplied kitchen. The deck had great sunset views of the mountains! Very nice home just as it was advertised.

Beautiful views
Let me start by saying that the house has beautiful views as described by the owner. It has the western sunset so in the winter that is perfect in the summer not so much as it is pretty hot When we got there, the AC was not working and did not work for two days. The owner was very responsive however she couldn’t get somebody Out there the same day and of course it was hot because it was summer. I gave it a four star overall Because there were other issues that were not kept up in the house These were basic maintenance issues. The tub didn’t drain. The floors are buckling. The furniture is worn. Half of the blinds were broken and we couldn’t open up the windows when the AC did not work. It was pretty clean. It just needed a lot of TLC. I would’ve given it a three stars, but it was pretty inexpensive so for the price I gave it a four stars.

A great location
Our family had a pleasant stay here. The house was clean, cozy and obviously the landlord takes care of it very well. The check-in was easy and the landlord was very responsive. The only thing I would recommend is to have a bigger/better water heater as we used both baths at the same time and the hot water ran out quickly. The area is very nice; just that the weather last weekend there was disappointing otherwise we would have a perfect weekend escape.

This home does have a great view!!
Cozy home that has been well cared for with an amazing view. I cannot say this enough - the view was tremendous! The neighborhood was very quiet and you did not directly see any of your neighbors. This made you feel more isolated - bonus! Easy driveway to navigate with snow. Good areas to walk or hike. We watched it snow, played hours of board games and welcomed in the new year. Thank you!!!!

Magnificent Mountain Views
Property is in a great location, convenient to hiking trails and the Beech Mountain Club. The mountain view is spectacular, especially sunsets! This property has a mountain cabin feel with everything you need, but could use updated bathrooms. Towels and sheets were nice, as were the furnishings and decor. Air conditioning was a plus as we visited during August.

Beautiful views, needs some updates
The property definitely has great views, our #1 request! It is fairly well equipped, however would benefit from new mattress covers, sheets, a sharp knife or two and better TV programming, which was bare bones during our stay. There are no closets in two of the bedrooms. Our primary concern was the smell of grease, which was overwhelming when we first arrived. We had to open windows! There is no ventilation to the outside in the kitchen (or with the fireplace that we could tell). The owner was very nice and responded quickly to some questions we had. The property was not advertised to be 5 star but it does need some work,. even at the current reasonable price.

Spectacular views
Great location and spectacular views. Went went to ski but unfortunately we’re unable to as all stores ran out of equipment (before 9am). The reason I did not give 5 stars was because of housekeeping. It appeared that the housekeeping crew had not washed the covers in the primary. When I reached out to Julianne, she was prompt, gracious, and kind about the situation. I have no doubt that will be an issue no longer.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this beautiful home! The views were gorgeous and the home was very comfortable. Julianne went above and beyond to check in on us and meet our needs. We arrived to a snowy wonderland which made snowboarding, hiking, and exploring a great experience.

Fall break getaway
We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful mountain house. It’s even prettier and more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. It was everything we needed with plenty of room and lots of bright light with the vaulted ceiling and large windows, and it has an amazing view for miles and miles. It faces the west, so you a breathtaking sunset each night. The sunroom was perfect when it was too cold or windy to enjoy the deck, but you can still get to soak up the peaceful view. It was clean, well stocked, and all the crucial information you may need is well documented and given to you in advance. Would absolutely recommend this house without any reservation and would stay here again!

We liked our stay at this place. It has gorgeous view from the deck. We were even able to walk to the Sunset park. Rooms are clean with everything ready when we moved in. The property manager is very helpful in answering our questions.

This is a hard house to rate, as there are pros and cons (as with every VRBO) and a perfect rating would be 3.8 I rate it a 4 because it is a spacious house with updates. There is a large deck and we enjoyed the glass enclosed sitting area on days when the weather was rainy. The fireplace in the living room is beautiful and the back wall has lots of windows that lets in beautiful sunshine. Very friendly and helpful host who is very responsive. The view at sunset is beautiful and Wifi was excellent. The home is large enough for a family or friends getaway as the arrangement is good and the kitchen supplies are good. The location of the home is great for accessibility on and off the mountain. I would rate it a 3 because of cleanliness, overall maintenance, supplies provided and the musty smoky smell (smoking is not permitted) when we arrived. According to the host, the smoke was apparently due to maintenance personnel who were in the house before we arrived. Clearly not the fault of the host but still frustrating. Tips for future renters: 1. Bring your own tissues and hand soap. 2. The owner has a “social membership” at the Beech Mountain Club which allows use of the “pool, fitness center, dining venues, and social activities”. Also, a social membership does not allow access to golf, tennis, pickleball, or fitness classes. To use these facilities requires a significant (and for me prohibitive) cost upgrade payable to the Beech Mountain Club. Instead we played Sugar Mountain and Boone Golf Club. Both good courses.

Wonderful in every way
We loved this place. The decor was lovely, everything well stocked, clean, and comfy. The neighborhood was delightful. The view was magnificent. Most of the days were cloudy and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the clouds moving and the constant changing of the weather. We did have times that it all cleared and we could see forever. The deck faces west so the sun is pretty intense for a good part of the afternoon but the mornings and evenings were amazing. We enjoyed the brewery and the ski lift at the Beech Mountain ski Resort which was walking distance from the house. We attended the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games on Saturday. Our son participated in the solo bagpipe grade 2 competition and won 1 st in the piehaerbrachd. I know I spelled it wrong. Wonderful place

A perfect property!
It's perfect! I mostly read reviews to get practical details so focusing on those. Host has rules but super friendly and great with communications, and the rules mean everything is perfectly set up on arrival. Any cooking tools you'll need are there but (as the host notes in communications) bring your own coffee / cooking oil. We happened to be there during one of the biggest snow storms in years, and the fireplace and living room and all the chocolate and cheese we brought with us meant major hygge. This house is closer to the ski resort than I realized when booking. Because it's past the resort you avoid most traffic in and out. One slight downside to the unbelievable view: the land falls away so there's not a good place to sled on property (but we found a place nearby). Beech makes road plowing / salting a priority. This house is roughly six houses down from Pinnacle Ridge, one of Beech's priority plow roads. It stormed snow all day. The next morning Pinnacle Ridge was plowed by 9 am. We may have been able to get our Highlander down the six houses to Pinnacle Ridge earlier, but we didn't try because the road in front of the home was plowed by 3 pm. Although there's a shortcut on roads that aren't plowed as early, Pinnacle Ridge connects to Beech Mountain Parkway so once you reach Pinnacle Ridge you can go anywhere.

Amazing View and Fireplace!
Our family of 4 had a very nice stay for 3 nights. The view is amazing, loved the convenience of having 1 story and wow! What a fireplace! We spent most of our time at the ski resort and this home was a very convenient drive. We were also visited each evening by the neighborhood deer, who actually walked right up to us! My daughter is a big animal lover and that was probably the highlight of our stay for her! Very private and low traffic area. Would consider staying again for our annual mountain trip!

The house was very comfortable, the fireplace was very nice to cozy up by. Would definitely rent this place again if we come back with no family although It would have slept six (3 couples) comfortably. Short drive in to downtown Beech and not much farther into Banner Elk. Many good restaurants to choose from (Stonewalls, Sorrento’s, and Alpen Inn among others).

Wonderful view
Lovely one level home with a great view west of Beech Mountain. Well appointed with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic, but close the center of Beech Mountain. Great location for watching the leaves turn in the fall. We had a very enjoyable stay.
