„As advertised. Very spacious and comfortable sleeping for our 10 adults. Winter storm and probably 10 inches of snow that week and though a four-wheel-drive was needed it was easily accessible and ample parking for fairly large vehicles. Hope to return.“

„We visited this cabin for our youngest’s 2nd birthday, and our first overnight trip as a family of four. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Our toddlers love watching Little House on the Prairie, and they really thought we were staying at “Laura and Mary’s” cabin. We were only about a 20 minute drive to the sledding hill at Beech mountain, and close to lots of dining options. „Staying here was amazing! Came out for a guys trip and there are multiple great trails near by. The property is one of the only houses at the top of the moutain. The views are beatuiful. Highly recommend staying here. The only thing is we had 3 dead mice in the house so making sure the house is clean before the guests arive would be nice. Overall though i would come back and stay“

„Great little cabin. We bought our dogs and stayed for a week and skied at Sugar mountain. Good location to skiing both sugar and beech. And close too Boone. River was great. Only a couple minor things: Hot tub cover is very hard to get back on taken completely off, and not as much privacy as we originally thought (road is right behind the house). Otherwise good stay!“

„The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our cabin was cozy and inviting. Our only comfort complaint was the pillows (very flat!) and mattress (a bit hard!). But the views were gorgeous, the horses and goats loved visitors and dinner at the Inn was a treat. Make sure to grab a cocktail at the on-site cocktail bar! We will surely visit again!“
