„This is a beautiful hotel but we stayed here for the indoor pool and we could not use it because it was so cold! Not chilly, very cold. Only children were swimming and they were visibly shivering. We even asked the front desk about the pool temperature and they said the heater was on, but they "had a lot of kids in the pool last week". Perhaps they had to drain the pool and refill? Not sure, but the pool remained cold hours later when we checked on it and while not a huge deal, I am noting ...
