Pics are accurate: this is a tidy 4-bed, with three double-bedrooms (one smaller than the other two), and then what might otherwise be a large office with four single (folding) beds. These were perfect for my kids aged 11-16. There is a large living room with fireplace (we were here over XMas, so useful), a few sofas, TV, and a dining table which we could fit 9. The kitchen is workable if small--a "two-bum kitchen" Two toilets, one shower. All was clean, tidy, and in good repair.
The exterior is large and would be wonderful in the summer, as it was in the winter. There's a very pretty & well-maintained pool which we took an *exciting* polar bear dip into on New Years! There's parking for two cars within the compound, and more on the street.
Jordi met us on arrival and departure. He's a lovely, easy-going guy and communicated with us well before and during our stay. He explained (the quite complex) recycling structure in Collbato, which we followed without much trouble. He gave us lots of recommendations of local food & excursions.
The location is fabulous. It is right beside the Montserrat massif, and we did amazing hikes up the west face, and then across to the summit at 1,236m. We also went to see the monastery, taking the funicular up most of the elevation. So if you like walking/hiking, its a great spot. The Salnitre Caves were a great visit too--book ahead!
Its also close enough to central Barcelona. 30-40min. Parking was easy.
