The location was remote, quiet, and literally on the river. It is hard to access the water because of the steep river bank. There is a large rope provided to stabilize your climb down and back up. „I don't like saying bad things but the place was not clean. I had to move the couch to sweep up the food, plates, and bugs. I had to also sweep around the windows lots of bugs. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was full of hair and crumbs. I brought my sheets as stated but the previous people must have not done so. Other than that everything else was fine. „Our family genuinely enjoyed our long weekend getaway to the Frio / Garner State Park through this cozy and cute rental! It was clean and well kept, spacious for kids to run around and play outside, and we enjoyed the short walk down to the stream several times.
