NB: Situated on The Rock, accessed via several medieval pathways, it's not suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is a very steep road/path on the approach to sea view terrace, but it only takes five minutes to walk up to the property from the High St, any reasonably active person will not have a problem. There is no designated parking, but guests have a parking permit for the main car park 500m away

The focal point of the studio is an original Victorian, cast-iron fireplace and a big bay window enjoying lovely sea views. Seating for 2 on a faux leather sofa, with a 42" LG Smart TV for your entertainment.
Sleeping area:
With oak frame double bed, hanging frame for garments, bedside tables.
Kitchen/Dining area:
Separate by a breakfast bar with stools, the kitchen has numerous oak effect fitted units with granite look worktops. There is a ‘SMEG' electric oven/grill and a SMEG 5 rings gas, an undercounted fridge with a freezer box, a slimline dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron, airer, and ironing board. It is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home kitchen, inc pots, pans, glasses & all the crockery. There is a period dresser for storage, a drop-leaf table, and 4 chairs that can be put up in the kitchen area for dining.
Family Shower room:
To the rear of the studio is the brand new (2024) shower room, with a glass screen shower cubicle, handheld attachment, WC, vanity sink unit, and fully tiled floor to ceiling.

Sunny terrace
A private sunny terrace with table and director chairs. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun, and enjoy the fabulous sea views over the beach and the Llyn Peninsula with Bardsey Island in the distance. Don't miss the amazing sunsets that the West Coast has to offer! From the studio and terrace, you can watch the waves roll in and experience spectacular sunsets over the bay.
Surrounded by The Snowdonia National Park, Sea View Terrace is ideally situated for what-ever type of holiday you want.
Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a short walk from the studio, as well as Barmouth town center with its shops and good pubs/eateries. This elevated location enjoys stunning views of the Harbour, Beach, The Mawddach Estuary, and The Llyn Peninsula.
IMPORTANT Additional information:
Sea View Terrace is in the old part of town where there's no vehicle access. Please be aware that all luggage needs to be carried. The access path and steps only take a few minutes to walk from the main street but it is steep and therefore not suitable for less able guests.
You are rewarded with stunning views over the town and coast, particularly at sunset. It's just a 3 minute walk back down to the shops, cafe's and pubs.
A free parking permit is included with your stay and the car park is approximately 400 metres from the property. You will need to collect this from the apartment on arrival and return on departure. There is a £200 charge to replace lost cards.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We will consider one well-behaved dog, not a puppy. A £35 surcharge applies.
The website you are booking on may request a deposit on booking, with the balance due a few weeks before the arrival date. We may also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no break-ages or damage to the property.
