„It was clean and quite ranch style lodge and the view was beautiful saw wildlife outside our door and they have trails to go hicking they have a stable for horses they have a full bar and a great place to eat dinner and the food was great, the staff was ver nice and friendly and made it a great place to spend our Time. We will definitely be back. Pet freindly also.“

„We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. „Remote, secluded, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, rustic... creative use of a former tobacco barn has everything you need to relax in setting that is both beautiful and serene. I wish I had stayed long enough and in a better season to make use of the nearby opportunities to enjoy the nature and scenery that surrounds. The deck overlooks and provides access to a deep bend of the placid Nolichucky river just down the hill. Shop and dine before you leave town... Greeneville is about 30 minutes ...

„This lodge is huge! Everything about this place says wood lodge. Too many positive things to say! So in short, the things we noticed, The home is not that far off the main road, so pay attention not to drive by because it’s very hard to turn around, has two separate driveways, Home is clean. Outdoors was very quiet, you can walk up to the other pond and go fishing. Waterfall lodge is definitely on the list to go back to visit. “
