„Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. „Aida is an amazing host who provided generous care to my family and I during our stay. The house is great and equipped with cold A/C. One thing to note about the property is DO NOT SWIM in the beach. Not only are there plenty of rocks but the current is way too strong to swim in — even for experienced swimmers. „Booked this because it had washer and dryer come to find out that the dryer leaves clothes damp and it doesn’t dry out all the way that was the most annoying experience. The light went out one day when the light came back on one of the ACs weren’t working so that night we had to cut everyone in 2 rooms. They came to fix the AC the next day, other than that the house was okay. “

„We could have stayed here twice as long and still have wanted more. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, right on the ocean. The owners are gracious and kind and a joy to talk to. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time, with it's amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the pelicans fishing and the boats going by. Just beautiful! We could not have found a better spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!“

„We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay.“
