„This was a great first night stay when we came. The neighborhood is a bit questionable but the property is nice, clean, great communication. We were pleasantly surprised expecting two beds in one room and it had 2 rooms with separate beds. Love that the parking was so close to doors. I would stay here again. “

„The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive). “

„We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. “

„Princess' home was a wonderful, clean, spacious place for my family of six to rest and recharge in Puerto Rico. We really enjoyed the lay out of the home and the outdoor space and beautiful gardens. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed walking or taking the golf cart to the small primitive beach nearby. The older kids enjoyed surfing at La Pared which is about 15 minutes away and the younger kids enjoyed playing in the sand beneath the shade of a palm tree.“

„I wanted a relaxing break, close to the sea and this property delivered this and more. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, with the sound of the waves on the beach, was perfect. I loved walking along the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Luis provided everything I needed, including beach chairs and towels and was very responsive with any questions I had. „This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.“
