„Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. “

„We had a wonderful stay here during our spring break. Our family had plenty of space and we were quite comfortable. The house has one of the most spectacular views we’ve ever experienced at a rental while also having all of the amenities we needed to cook a few meals. Can’t wait to come again!“

„The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is amazing and everywhere you look there is another interesting object, stone, nook… So many books! The view, falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was heavenly. Then you have the park that you can walk or drive too or if you’re adventurous you can simply walk the rocks right over. Best Easter ever!! “

„Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing.“

„Despite the gray, chilly weather, the cabin was cozy and warm. I just snuggled down on the couch and alternated looking at my book and looking out the huge window. A walk on the trails to the beaver pond was a bonus. Was hoping to see an eagle or a deer; maybe next time.A dream of a stay! “

„This property is so magical we almost want it to stay a secret! The sunrise views over the salt bay, the interiors, the whole energy of the place. On top of that, it was flawlessly managed and maintained. David was incredibly reliable and gracious, making the check in process super uncomplicated. Thanks for everything!“

„Great house very comfortable and well appointed. Very roomy for our entire family. Nice to have en suite bathrooms with all the bedrooms. The host was very good with communication. Located on a busy road and the driveway is on a curve which made it a little challenging entering and exiting the property. “

„It was a very nice house with a good view and everything in it worked as it should. My biggest complaint was that the living room smelled like dog urine BAD. I sprayed everything with some odor eliminator I found and after a couple days it was livable. Outside of that, the back patio lock is a bear & the king bed needs a new mattress but nothing is perfect so those are just notes, not complaints.“

„Great stay, even in cooler weather (hot tub was great for this). Would love to stay here again in another season or for our annual April trip again next year. Plenty of room in the house for kids, parents and grandparents. Zero complaints!“

„Sasanoa is a beautiful cabin in the woods. The vintage decor is lovely. The living area is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for two couples. Screened-in porch is great for reading and/or games. The location is extremely peaceful and quiet! “

„This is a great home with lots of room, natural light, comfortable bedrooms and a back deck we'd spend hours on in the evenings. Having a full bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs also gave everyone privacy and downtime. The area is really quiet and walking distance from a path that runs alongside the water. The home is comfortable and roomy enough that being rained in for a day is no problem, and getting out to surrounding places is easy. “
