„We had a great experience with Andy hosting us, as he was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay there. We loved the personal touches such as the personalised Vegemite with our name on it and the dedicated dog area of treats and toys for our young pup. The property is very private due to its location but also close enough to the local shops. We had one of the most relaxing times staying here at the end of 2023 and look forward to staying here ...

„Good location, unfortunately it was obvious that the property has not been let for awhile, although surfaces were clean, there was lots of cobwebs etc, could do with a bigger lounge & although it was pet friendly, the fence was not secure enough for our small dogs & it is certainly not high enough for big dogs other than that it was good“

„Property is well located one street back from the bay. Huge well fenced rear garden for your fur baby or babies. Facilities were good and the property was clean and tidy and well suited to travelling with pets. Well appointed kitchen with most necessary utensils. Very close to the Marina and JJ’s bar and grill (not open Sunday, as we found out) Easy walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely stay again. Communication with agent was swift, so another tick there.“

„Nice property but if you are looking forward to using the pool clarify that it will be open as it was closed for our entire 3 day stay very disappointing. Also access is via steep tiled stairs that are very slippery when it’s wet and sections have no handrail. one of our guests had a very nasty fall so I would say the property is not CCD suited to those with mobility issues in particular. Great location close to shops ect“

„It would be good to know that the key lockbox is located in the appropriate letterbox but the person we called was very helpful and we soon sorted that out. The apartment was clean and spacious with all mod cons. As always in photos of the view, it omitted the main road so the balcony experience would be pretty noisy in summer and although convenient to have fish and chips nearby, the rest of the view is grotty shops,yards and industrial bins. If you look above all that, the bridge and water ...

„We loved our time in beautiful Batemans Bay. The apartment is modern, well presented and clean. It’s within an easy walk of township shops and cafes and a short drive to other lovely areas to explore. Although there’s a busy road in front of the apartment, the views across to the river are restful and the double glazing very effective in blocking out traffic noise. We’ll be recommending this property to others. . “
