Sooo....Close to water, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, lakefront w/dock, on Lake Murray,

Our cozy beautiful home is located directly on Lake Murray and only a few minutes boat ride to Big Man’s, TB's Shack, Fiddler Blues, and Dreher Island State Park. The home is located on a peninsula so you can enjoy the 180 degree view from the large screen back porch as well as water views from kitchen window. The outdoor areas at this location are the highlight of the property! The back porch offers a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or the firepit sitting area by the lake along with the outdoor swing! The cove is a blast to hang out and swim or kayak as the location is on the quieter side of Lake Murray. Two kayaks are available if interested in using. If you are bringing a boat, there is a great public boat ramp just around the corner at Camp Barstow, a two minute ride back to the house or Big Man's also offers a boat landing.
Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom located on main floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own bath as well located on main floor. The third bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and bathroom. There are smart TVs located in the living room and upstairs bedroom + the home is equipped with FREE, super FAST & unlimited Wifi! Cable is not provided, but smart TVs available to stream movies or shows. But, I assure you, you'll want to spend most of your time outside, the views from the back porch are fantastic! You will not be disappointed in this property!

-Gas grill is furnished.
-Check In: 4pm - can be earlier, time will be assigned the week of. (Via welcome email)
-Check Out: 10am - may be later if it’s possible but final time assigned week of. (Via welcome email)
-Washing machine & Dryer are available onsite (downstairs)
-Please bring your own paper towels/toilet paper!! (A "get started" amount will be furnished.)

About the area:
-Location on lake is great, only a short ride to Big Man’s and Buffalo Creek. We are located on the quieter side of Lake Murray.
-The closest store is Dollar General, Family Dollar/Dollar Tree on Hwy 378, a little less than 10 minutes from the property, and there are multiple grocery stores within a 15 minute car-ride into Batesburg, Prosperity, and Newberry along with other great shopping experiences.
-Many restaurants located within 20 minutes in Batesburg, Prosperity and Newberry.
