There are two split systems, one in the main living area and one in the main bedroom. There is also ducted gas heating.

Parking:
Guests can park in the driveway behind the home. There is also plenty of free street parking.

Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

Amenities:
The home is well equipped with a coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Wi-Fi:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet friendly neighbourhood, moments from the heart of Bathurst. Great restaurants, bars and cafes and loads of local attractions are right at your fingertips.

The Reservoir is close to public transport and a short stroll to the main centre of town.
Mount Panorama is just a short 3.5km away from the Reservoir.

Getting Around:
Walk, Car or Taxi. Public Transport is also close by.

Other Things to Note:
Team building and corporate events are also welcomed here at the Reservoir.
The spa in the main bedroom ensuite can be used as a bath but the spa jets do not work.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan on giving my guests space but am available when needed.
