⭐️EVERYTHING IS NEW⭐️Modern smart townhouse with stylish touches located in a popular neighborhood just 11 minutes from LSU. The downstairs primary bedroom has a mounted 55" RokuTV and a King bed; each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor have 55" Roku TVs w/Queen beds and a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Our kitchen is very well appointed with top amenities and the WiFi is the highest available speed.
Our home has a 2 car garage, with a private patio and is located in a safe subdivision.

As soon as you enter into this modern home, you're welcomed by a contemporary open living area designed and furnished with modern amenities that span throughout the entire home;

The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area are open to the attractive living room, setting the tone for easy enjoyment of the space.

LIVING ROOM
The living room immediately feels like home upon entering the townhouse. The comfy sofa and loveseat and the 65" Roku TV are the perfect setting for game days and movie nights.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, suitable for preparing any meal: whether a simple breakfast at the island equipped with 4 bar stools, a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker, a quick snack, or a 3-course gourmet dinner. Our kitchen also provides an air fryer, a rice cooker, a handheld mixer, a Nutri Bullet, an array of cooking and baking necessities and several other amenities to elevate your stay. The dining table with 4 comfortable chairs is conveniently nestled between the eat-in kitchen and living room.

BATHROOMS
The two full bathrooms are stocked with all essentials for maximum comfort and convenience. The convenient half bathroom is centrally located on the first floor of the townhome.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 3 BEDROOMS:

Downstairs Primary Bedroom - well-appointed with King bed and comfortable luxurious bedding; 55" Roku TV, private en suite bathroom with two separate sink areas, large soaker tub, separate shower, and large master closet for easy and abundant storage;

Second Bedroom - well-appointed with Queen bed and comfortable luxurious bedding, 55" Roku TV, and Jack and Jill access to large full bathroom;

Third Bedroom - well-appointed with Queen bed and comfortable luxurious bedding, 55" Roku TV, and Jack and Jill access to large full bathroom;

OUTDOOR PATIO:
Private patio with table and chairs and mounted television for additional enjoyment of the adorable outdoor space.

Guests will access the subdivision and the townhome electronically via keypad and a keyless entry remote that will be provided by the host; In addition to the double car garage parking and two driveway parking spaces, there is additional parking available near the mailbox area near the townhouse unit;
The entire townhouse is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so please feel free to treat the home as you would your own.

* If the air fryer was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;

* If the microwave was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;

* Please place all trash in trash bags prior to departure, and place the bags in the city receptacle located in the garage; (city trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays)

* Please observe the HOA’s Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am

Our family had a splendid weekend. We came together for LSU 2022 Tiger Band Reunion & football game. Windi was on point for everything. We had a very late arrival but she took care of everything. We breezed right through gated entrance & into her home. No problems whatsoever. Home was so pretty, just like in the pics. Coordination with Windi was top notched. Very responsive from beginning to end. Felt at home and loved the cleanliness. Will stay again for sure. Extended our departure time too! Everything thought out. Book with ease! Thank you Windi. A perfect place to stay in Baton Rouge!
The neighborhood is brand new and the community is gated. We loved the garage and used it to go in and out. It really added even more privacy. The interior was so elegantly decorated and extremely warm and cozy! The unit was spacious and everything was exactly as the pictures if not better! We look forward to staying here again! Location was perfect no matter which part of Baton Rouge you are visiting!

Windi was an exceptional host! She was very quick to reply to any of my questions. We will certainly return to this property when we are in Baton Rouge again. The property was just as advertised, if not better! Felt just like home to us. The primary bedroom is on the main level with the two bedrooms upstairs, it was perfect for us to have a little break from our two children and allow them to have their own space as well. The mattress in the primary bedroom was AMAZING - like sleeping on a cloud. I don't think I've had better sleep in my life. We had plenty of towels and they were like luxury hotel style towels, the bedding was also luxury quality and so comfortable. The kid's loved having their own TV's in the bedrooms upstairs and the Jack & Jill bathroom was a nice feature. I liked that the subdivision was gated, the townhouse is on a dead end street, and we were able to park our rental car in the garage of the townhouse - it felt very secure and exclusive. The subdivision itself is not far from a couple of main roads so it was very convenient. Most of the nice restaurants were about 15-20 minutes away but plenty of options closer to home. L'Auberge casino was less than 10 minutes away. Most family attractions like Mike the Tiger or Baton Rouge Zoo were about 15 minutes away as well, it was perfectly located for us. Over all 10 out of 10 and would stay again next time we are in Baton Rouge!
