„We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.“

„We had a lovely weekend on Fine Lake. Bed was super comfortable. The lake was so beautiful! Loved the property. Had one question and owners responded so quickly. Definitely recommend. “

„This property was perfect to come back to after a long day of wrestling and coaching. Previous years we have stayed in a hotel but in the future we will stay here. Very clean, spacious, quiet, prime location to arena and easy check in/check out process. Would absolutely recommend! “

„We stayed at this property for two nights during spring break and our kids loved every minute of it. We would have loved to stay longer if we were able. There were plenty of games, which we enjoyed, and obviously the pool/hot tub and pool table were big hits. „Beautiful views. Was pleased immediately with the property. Quiet area with plenty of wild life to enjoy all the acorns on the property. Very relaxing weekend for us to enjoy. Not too far from restaurants or grocery. “

„The property was really ideal for our stay. We had 3 teen gymnasts and 4 parents total. Plenty of outdoor areas to explore, and a sweet bakery about a mile down the road. It was close enough to Battle Creek to be able to commute everyday for the competition. Rob is super helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to be able to cook meals, there were plenty of bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies for anything we might need. This would be a perfect spot in warm weather ...

„Matt is a great host. Nice cottage with an up north feel. Kids loved the games, movies and playing by the lake. Colder temps so they couldn’t swim but just off the shore looks to be all sand.. Had a fire by the lake our second night. Definitely will return and do some fishing. Can’t beat the sunset off the lake whether your inside in the rocking chairs or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Great peaceful weekend! “

„Comfortable beds, updated older hotel which was clean. Nice breakfast variety. One negative, my husband mentioned to one of the workers in breakfast area that one coffee pot was spewing hot coffee out on peoples hands and her response was "I know" With kind of an attitude of irritation with no offer to do anything about it.“
