While living aboard a float home offers a unique experience, it may also present unexpected events due to weather, lake conditions and wildlife. Motion sensitive persons may be affected. Raccoons and otters frequent the dock, and you may hear them exploring under the house. They soon move on. A wagon is provided for transporting goods to & from the parking lot, please return to the top of the dock for other guests to use. Please review for your safety and share with your guests.
Electrical Issues: The marina facilities are the site of multiple electric transmission facilities and equipment, as well as submersible electric service. Agencies of the State of Idaho have issued cautionary directives that such facilities create a personal safety risk in the form of electric shock and potential drowning. For your safety, please respect the Marinas rules as posted on the Marinas security gate. The ladders on the dock are provided for your exit out of the water should you fall in.
Children 12 years and under and non-swimmers must wear life jackets when on the docks.
Notice of dangerous conditions and/or Conduct: If you see any unsafe or hazardous conditions, please notify No Wake Zone Vacations . Disorderly or indecorous conduct by any tenant or their visitors that might cause harm to any other person or damage property is prohibited. If there are issues you may be removed from the rental and not allowed to return.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 9 am
Parking Motorhomes, campers and all trailers or other oversized vehicles must park outside the permitted parking area. No Wake Zone Vacations will give you 1 parking sticker which needs to be placed in the lower driver’s side windshield area or it can be towed at the owner’s expense. Please leave the parking pass in the float home when you leave. There will be a $50.00 charge if you take it with you. (This is what it costs for us to replace it. Additional Guests must obtain a parking permit from the Marina office or you need to find public parking.
