„We loved this property! The location is perfect for our needs and the view of the ocean was wonderful. I love to sit on the balcony and have my coffee watching the waves. The elevator was a wonderful plus as I am handicapped. Someone complained about the front door being hard to close but it wasn’t if you turned the door knob. Definitely coming back to this location on future trips! “

„Our stay was fine. We have small kids now so everyone had enough space. It felt and seemed pretty clean. Though we did kill about 3 or 4 small cockroaches in our 2 nights. I will also say the description was inaccurate. It said 2 bedrooms- which I knew going into it was inaccurate (it’s an RV) it was basically a studio apartment. And the description said 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. That was not true. There was 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. If my kids were teens it would definitely not have ...

„We enjoyed our 3-night stay! Very comfortable beds and three bathrooms, ceiling fans with remote, usb hubs to charge electronics, new kitchen with open floor plan and a pool to cool off left nothing to be desired. Everything was really clean! We would stay here again! So much better than a hotel to relax!“

„Condo needs somatic new front door and new door casing the reason I chose that place because it had a pool that should be heated for the amount of money we paid to rent that place I didn’t like the texting game I had to use to talk to the property manager “

„My elderly parents were coming to Jacksonville for my grandsons wedding and needed a place to stay that would accommodate my moms physical limitations. The cottage was beautifully decorated and easy to maneuver through with a walker. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Location was quiet, safe and close to all JAX beach has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My mom is looking forward to staying there again. “

„5 of us came for the Viking game. We had such a great time in the pool and hanging out on the patio area. It is in a great location, short walk to the beach for the beautiful sunrise. Good restaurants in the area. Both John and Sue were wonderful to deal with and easy check in. We had a wonderful 5 days here!“

„The place was ok. The curtains really need to be taken down and washed. They might want to make people aware that the coffee machine uses pods. The views of the ocean were nice to wake up to. It had enough room for the amount of people who stayed there“

„Met our east Coast kids (we’re from Seattle) for a beach (warm) holiday. FANTASTIC location. Uncrowded beaches. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend. A quick 50? step walk over the dunes and you’re on the beach. A great 1 mile walk north to grab Starbucks in the morning and catch the sunrise. Well equipped for cooking in or reheating leftovers from one of the great dining locations. Walkable to grocery, pharmacy, coffee, ice cream. Family lives above the vrbo unit and noise ...

„Everything about this place was excellent, very pleased. The view of the beach and ocean from out balcony could not have been better. Had my pet with me and there was plenty of green space for her. Everything we could have wanted was in walking distance or a short drive“
