„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt “

„We were welcomed by Linda personally and very lovingly everything was prepared for us. For the three of us the space was quite sufficient. Very pleasant to use. For our wishes Linda was helpful to us. it is very quiet and you have only short distances to the beach restaurants and shopping. Biking on the beach was a lot of fun for us. Come again with pleasure.“

„We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned ...

„This place is super peaceful! The walls must be well insulated because you do not hear the noisy neighbors once inside the unit. Even though the landslide took away part of the patio and the pool was covered over. the place is amazing and well worth the stay with close access to the beach and great surfing. „A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. “
