Thumbs down for weird dried white stuff on the couch so I didn't sit on it, but ended up wiping it off work a wet towel. Likely who ever stayed in the room before me had a toddler and it was food stuff. The toilet also ran so had to shake the handle. Forgot to report that to the front desk. „Two nights for a work trip. The front desk attendant was AMAZING, so friendly and genuine. He rocked. But the hotel itself… less so: the front check-in area has a canvas ceiling to protect from… rain? Falling stuff? Weird. The bar/cafe is prohibitively expensive. My room was ok but had some downsides: the floor is super repurposed/old wood, which may be eco friendly but didn’t feel/look wildly clean. The shower was clean, thankfully. „The hotel was nice and the room clean and the bed very comfortable. Only issue was that someone was moving furniture in the room above until 11 pm and it was very distracting/annoying. Emma on the front desk was a jewel and very concerned that all was well with our room. Another issue in the room is that there is a step to the bathroom so all was compressed in there.“
