Check in at 7pm and check out at 9am even during the current situation is somewhat ridiculous especially as the cleaners don't arrive at vacated properties until 11am. We paid over the odds for 3 nights but only got 2 days. The rugs were not clean and there were cobwebs everywhere. „Capenhurst is in a fantastic location with really superb sea views from nearly all the windows. The house is comfortably furnished and well equipped for six. The beds are relatively new and very comfortable and carpets in the bedrooms as well as on the stairs look new too. All electrical appliances are in good working order. Unfortunately the bathroom as a whole is very old and urgently needs refurbishing in order to keep it clean and hygenic and thus a joy to use. In the meantime a new toilet ...
