$110 additional pet fee per pet for a dog or a cat. Other types of pets are only allowed by written consent from the host on a case by case basis.

Pets must be crated when left alone in the premises.

Guests with pets will use furniture covers (provided by host or if you bring yours even better) during their stay.

Guest must clean up all pet droppings and will be fined $25 for any pet droppings left behind.
