There is a boat storage area about .5 miles from your condo. There is a wildlife ramp right across from the boat storage area. Contact property manager for more information about bringing you boat.
This home is beautifully appointed with an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, half bath and primary bedroom on the first floor. The family can gather together around the large island and cook together, play games, or just hang out. Right off of the living room is a wonderful screened-in porch with a table a seating for 6. Out by the screened-in porch is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a gas grill provided for cookouts with family and friends.
On the second floor there 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. There is also a back staircase that leads to a nice bedroom over the garage also with its own bathroom. This room has two sets of bunkbeds.
Each bedroom has its own TV with streaming channels.

Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.
Just a short distance into town, enjoy the shops, restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
This is a pet friendly property. There is a 35.00 fee per night for your pet.
Once you book, I will be sending the rules and regulations for Beau Coast for you to read over and sign to acknowledge you accept their rules.

Dogs 40lbs and under are allowed. No more than 2 dogs.
No smoking or vaping in the unit.
Linens and towels are provided. Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth is provided so you may want to bring extra. A washer and dryer is available in the home.
Only guests renting in Beau Coast are allowed to use the amenities.
Please keep the noise to a minimum after 11:00. There are no parties or loud music allowed.
There is a 3-ring binder in the unit that has lots of information for your stay. Check out instructions, community rules restaurants in the area and also information on nightlife, fishing etc.
