„wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin gebucht. wir hatten uns auf den Kamin sehr gefreut. Was wir vorfanden war jedoch eine große Klimaanlage aus Metall, die mitten im Kamin stand. Der Kamin konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden. In der Buchung hieß es :Entspannung am Kamin. Von einer Entspannung kann man hier nicht sprechen. Hätten wir dieses bei der Buchung gewußt, dann hätten wir das Zimmer niemals gebucht.“

„The unit was perfect for 3 of us. It had everything we needed. The skier express shuttle was about 50 yards from where we exited the building so that was wonderful. It leaves every 15 minutes . The City Market was a 200 yard walk away which was very convenient. We ordered take out from a couple of places and could walk to pick it up. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It worked well for 3 adults. The property owner was very responsive and informative. “

The Westin staff were courteous, helpful, attentive, and true professionals. The exercise center was impressive as were the outdoor heated pool and three hot tubs.The icing on the cake were the nightly musical performances in the lobby.
