„Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Francis House! The house housed 8 comfortably with plenty of interesting rooms for the kids (and adults) to explore, a great yard, and stocked firepit. The location couldn't have been better, minutes from downtown Ontonagon, right down the street from groceries/gas, and smack dab in the middle of all the hiking, beaches, and waterfalls you could ask for.“

„This was long way to travel but we knew it would be worth it and it was. Bonfire location in the yard was our meeting place, we brought our own wood but excellent wood was provided and a very pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable, lots to do in the area, wildlife was a pleasure to wake up to. The best fishing, hiking and rockhounding we won't forgot anytime soon.“

„I don’t think I can summarize the beauty of this place in a review. The home is a work of art and you can see the dream of the owners in every space. We felt at home the entire time. The beach was the most amazing time spent when we were there. The sunsets are painted over the lake like a dream and our family soaked it up. „Jason responded quickly when I contacted him for check-in instructions, then again, for the WiFi password. The house was full of extras like soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, and extra toilet paper and sheets—we had to run to town for a lighter for the fire pit, but I can see where that would be difficult to keep at a rental house! „I cannot say enough about how lovely this home is. The hosts thought of every little thing to make our stay wonderful. It truly felt like staying at a favorite relative's home (minus that relative ;) ). We have stayed at many Vrbo's and rentals and this was by far our favorite.
