Everything was just great - clean, well organized, just as needed. Excellent value for the money. Just a brief note - it would be very practical to have a small shelf next to your bed to put e.g. your phone or your glasses.

Upon arrival my room was already free and cleaned. The welcome was nice and the check in easy and quick. The single room booked lacks a separate hanging option for jackets, when it is needed, eg in Winter. The room is sufficient in size. The bathroom is ok for the size but the sink only has ice cold water and the shower cannot be handled easily with soap residue in hand as the handle is slippery then. Heating was off and ‚central‘ despite cold weather and then turned to 28 degrees Celsius after asking to solve the issue (bit passive agressive). Ventilation in the bathroom was always kept on by cleaning staff after cleaning and too loud when on.

Great Hotel in the city center
"It was just a basic long weekens trip. The staff was friendly, working swiftly and well and all amenities were satisfactory as advertised and expected. The hotel itself is located very well in the city's center and from there it easy to get around via by walking or any means of public transport."
