„Cabin was exactly as described! It was nice and updated. The views are amazing and the lake is so clean!! The dock is safe and there’s all new railings down to the dock. We went to two local winery’s and highly recommend Fables & Feathers Winery!! Also we didn’t bring our dogs this trip but when they say dog friendly they mean it - they had extra poop bags, extra dog bowls, dog treats, and extra leashes. We will 100% be back with our pups! “

„I liked having a whole house and the option to bring my dog if I wanted… I wound up leaving him at home and not going with that option … I guess I did not realize the walk to town was very hilly ( good exercise) and I m not in the best shape…. Property manager responded immediately with answers to all questions before our arrival, and they were able to get everything ready to go despite wide spread power outages from a major ice storm in the area. „Some friends and I stayed at this beautiful home for a girls weekend and it was amazing! The house had everything we needed and was so close to everything! We spent our nights in the hot tub and making a fire and our days visiting the Alpaca farm, a local vineyard, downtown Roanoke, and a few other places. „We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future.“
