„Durch unser gebuchtes Zimmer lief gefühlt der Highway. Unglaublich laut. Für den Zimmerwechsel in ein etwas ruhigeres Zimmer mussten wir 20$ Aufpreis zahlen. Das 2. Zimmer roch muffig, war auch hellhörig aber besser als das erste. Durch den Aufpreis aber völlig überteuert, für das, was geboten wurde. “

„I was looking for a comfortable bed, a shower with nice water pressure and clean room, and this hotel has them all. The room is rather small. Also the room I stayed in did not have a microwave, coffee maker and friedge. But these did not bother me at all. It was perfect for me to get a good night sleep and fresh up. It was hard to find a way to get to the hotel at first since the road leading up to the hotel does not really look like a road. It is located between a small shopping center and ...

„ The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold.“

„My stay was perfect and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only problem I had was with the app Hotels.com. I booked a room that the app showed was available but the hotel said it was booked for an entire month. This app is unreliable and my son and I almost did not have a room. I will stay at this hotel more in the future, but will book with them directly and never use this app again. I am uninstalling after this review.“

„There is nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, parking lot was good size, staff was friendly and helpful. I may have been so tired after the Oaks that the bed was comfortable but the bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on in Louisville. Noise from the roads is not bothersome. Great experience and will definitely keep on the list for future Derby weekends. “

"The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room."
