„Back door did not shut properly. No dead bolt on back door, Areas updated but minor issues with paint peeling, Guessing guests did it. no blinds in living room and Blinds in bedroom I didn’t open thinking they may fall. Nice front porch for just sitting watching the world go by. Nice deck in the back and even a hammock in the backyard which is fenced.. Overall for the prize we were satisfied. If needed to be in that area again I woukd stay there.“

„We were visiting family and keeping 4 of our grandchildren who live nearby, and also needed a pet friendly place to stay with our Great Pyrenees. The Collins home was perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets throughout the house. And lots of towels. And the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and more. The snacks and wine are a nice touch as well.“

„We enjoyed our stay just outside of High Springs. Just short distance to all the antique shops and several springs. The property was well maintained and the house was very clean and cozy. The beds were super comfy! We set on the front porch and watch the deer feed in the evenings. We had a very peaceful weekend. The owners were very informative and accommodating. I hope it will be available when come back next year.“

„Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property. Also if you are bringing a dog a wonderful yard but be aware it is not fenced in. We will be staying here again the next ti.e I am up to visit family for sure!“

„Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future.“

„This stay is the EPITOME of cozy. My husband and i were looking for a small place to stay near Ginnie Springs and the cabin is 20 or so minutes from the Ginnie Springs property, and just a few minutes from Ichnetucknee Springs. When guests first arrive, they’ll notice the nice porch and outdoor sitting areas, finished with a bench and a small table with chairs. The owners provide a bit of fire wood, too. When guests walk in, they will walk in to the living area, to the left the kitchen, and ...
