Amazing weekend getaway
A group of friends and myself came to stay the weekend for two concerts at Walmart amp and it was perfect. We were a short 20 min Uber ride away with no issues getting quick pick up. While there, the inside was decorated amazingly and very unique. Everything is labeled which was nice. The shower in the master bathroom was amazing. We loved the outdoor seating area with music and the woods around it felt like you weren’t in town. But it was an amazing getaway for a relaxing weekend. We can’t wait to get to go back again 😁

Such a cool place, we didn’t want to go out anywhere!
We loved our stay for the weekend when we came to town to run a half marathon. The house was immaculately clean, with a lot of careful details to really make the place feel like you’re at home (complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, lots of flavors of coffee for the Keurig, soft bedding, board games). We felt at home right away and it’s comforting to return to after a workout like running, hiking, biking, etc. The view out the dining area windows is everything, though. We just wanted to sit there and look at the trees and blooms all day, so peaceful! Would love to return in the fall to see what the trees look like then. Thank you, Jon!

Spring break getaway
Really enjoyed our stay. We loved hiking, Crystal Bridges and the local restaurants and breweries. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were happy that our dog could stay with us and had a fenced yard to run around in. Jon was a great host and always quick to respond if I asked a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Boys getaway
I booked this rental for my husband and two sons (teenager and young adult). Jon was always responsive to all our questions. He provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They enjoyed mountain biking, golfing, and taking in the local breweries. Evenings were spent around the table playing multiple games and listening to records that Jon had provided. They are already talking about their next visit!

This house was the perfect spot for my friends and I. We were in town for work, the location was perfect to easily get to Bentonville and then head back to relax after a long day. Jon was a great communicator and very helpful! We had a dog with us who loved the back yard, and the patio was wonderful in the evenings. Highly recommend the Cozy Cottage!

Clean, Cozy & Complete!
Beautifully remodeled and cozy place, loaded with extras. Also close to everything in Bella Vista and nearby Bentonville. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and very clean (gorgeous trees in the back were a big plus for relaxing at the end of the day). Kitchen was fully stocked and Jon was SUPER easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We thought this was a great place to stay. Great VRBO experience. Well-stocked house - had everything we needed. Dog-friendly too. Very quiet at night. Host Jon was communicative. Location was just a bit out of the way from places we wanted to go but we rented knowing this.
