Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between ...

„VORSICHT FAKE UNTERKUNFT! Die Unterkunft existiert nicht. Man wird aufgefordert, im Voraus seine ID zu schicken und man soll wenige Tage vor der Anreise die Adresse bekommen. Die Adresse wurde nicht mitgeteilt und selbst Expedia konnte niemand erreichen! “

„Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. “

„A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. „Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!“

„Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above.“

„Location is great - super walkable and easy to hop on public transit. So cool to be able to see the space needle out the window!“

„Bathroom was not clean. Very loud accomodation. Check-In was uncomplicated.“

„Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways.“

"Extremely outdated and not worth the trip. I could name multiple things e.g. hallways are not clean, the room smells like mold, furniture has stains all over, service bare minimum, etc … Value for money is bad and this hotel needs a major refresh before charging those insane rates. They know they can do it during the summer season, but if you have a choice take a different hotel."

"Uns hat es in Bellevue gut gefallen und man konnte meistens mit dem Zubringer des Hotels in das Centrum fahren. Um nach Seattle zu kommen benötigte man jedoch einen ca. 20 minütigen Fußweg. Der Fahrpreis ist jedoch sehr günstig ( 1 US$ für 1 Seniorenticket )"
