Accommodating up to 10 guests, this stunning retreat features a large outdoor pool, cosy indoor wooden fireplace, air-conditioning, and breathtaking views. The Space:
Accommodating up to 10 guests, this welcoming open floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself.
Bedrooms Configuration:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom & large walk-in robe, panoramic view, access to deck overlooking pool
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed, access to the front deck
- Third Bedroom: Queen bed, access to the front deck
- Fourth Bedroom is a studio on the lower level with Queen bed and a Double sofa bed
Bathrooms:
- 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub & separate toilet on the upper level
- 1 ensuite in master bedroom with walk-in shower and stand alone bath tub
- 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet in the studio on the lower level

- Spacious living area with smart TV on the upper level
- Studio on the lower level is set up with a comfortable couch and TV

We provide you with:

➤ Hotel quality linen and towels via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
➤ You have the option to request for more supplies, towels, change of linen or housekeeping cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.
Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.
Garage & sheds are not available to guests.
Self check-in, there is a digital lock pad and a lockbox with key for emergency at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Check out before 10 AM
Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.
Other Things to Note:
Important things to note during your stay:
- There are free-range chickens roaming around the property.
- While the property is private, it is not fully fenced. If you wish to leave your pets unattended, there is a fully fenced off yard next to the house for their safety.
- The area is home to vibrant wildlife, so please keep all security fly screens on windows and doors closed to prevent insects or animals from entering.
- Please handle windows with care as they are awaiting spring replacements. The owners are diligently working to improve a few final details, and the current rates reflect a discount for any minor inconveniences during your stay.
- The house is on a septic tank system, so no harsh chemicals can be used. We’ve provided environmentally friendly products for your use during the stay.

- Pets Allowed (excluding beds & couches)
- No Extra Guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- No Loud Music/Noise (quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am)
