The hotel is very nice with updated It grts going about rooms. All of the staff I interacted with were exceptional; they were helpful, pleasant & professional. 2 things to note: There is a bar/nightclub right across the street. Breakfast is not worth 10 euros.

Luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Great rooms, food and views.

The hotel is very nice. My room was spacious with a big bathroom. However, the TV set was too small (it is like a computer monitor that was hanged on the wall). This was something that needs upgrading. The breakfast was great with lotd of varieties.

Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Chiado area is full of nice shops and dining options, with a great Miradouro just a block away from hotel. This was our favorite hotel from two weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal.

Can’t beat the Location specially since they offered underground parking at a reasonable price. Food was fantastic.staff was amazing. Only issue is the bathroom. If you’re a couple it’s fine. But if you’re with a friend you will have no privacy. Only a clear glass separates the shower which is open on 2 sides from the bedroom
