Summary:
Book Direct with Central Oregon Vacation Homes. Walk to Starbucks in the morning, the dog park, or a quick drive to many popular Bend destinations! This beautiful home has so much to offer for the working traveler, family, or group of friends! From the very well stocked kitchen to the sit/stand desk with wireless charging, everyone will have what they need!

The Space:
Sonata Getaway is the home away from home you're looking for! This spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has hardwood floors throughout the common areas of the home, and plush carpet in the bedrooms! This home is fully stocked for whatever you may need to make your vacation more comfortable.

The kitchen is beautiful and has all the room you would ever need for cooking. In it you will find gorgeous quartz countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a gas stove, and a toaster oven. If you like to listen to music while you cook there is a wireless speaker in the kitchen for you to use! You will find every kitchen amenity you might need to cook any meal or reheat some take out!

The dining room is also very spacious and has a table that can fit 6 people! Have a dinner all together with your family and friends or get a boardgame out and play all together!

In the common room you will find a huge TV that is connected to Apple TV so you can watch all your favorite shows. It has a comfortable and cozy couch with multiple armchairs so you can fit all your friends and family. There is also a gas fireplace that you can start up to help enhance the cozy vibes!

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a huge walk-in closet and a large bathroom. There is a dresser as well so you can bring all the luggage you want! The bathroom has his and hers sinks and a standing shower. In the second and third bedrooms there are queen beds along with closet space. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway that has a tub/shower combo. This home also comes with an air purifier.

The backyard is fully fenced in so you won't have to worry about your kids or furry friends getting out. There is a patio area with patio furniture and a gas grill. Watch your kids and/or dogs play as you grill a feast for an outdoor picnic! If you would prefer to get out of the house and explore Foxborough Park and Larkspur Park are very close to this home. Or take a quick walk along the Deschutes river!

Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage. Owner has one closet that is locked.

Beautiful home with a backyard, perfect for our family and little Maltipoo. All the comforts of home and very clean. It was so nice to be able to put my car in the garage and have a garage opener just like home. Very quiet neighborhood that felt safe.

The best location!
Our stay was so wonderful! The house is so clean and stocked with everything you need. We were in town for my son’s wedding and the location was minutes away from all our events. Great place to stay
The place felt like a home and was in a nice neighborhood. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked. Specific extras we used included sofa throws, camp chairs, paper and pencil, and coasters. The labeled switches were a blessing. The checkout procedure was clear and reasonable, and the owner was very responsive. Definitely will recommend to all friends looking for a place to stay in the area.

Comfy vacation retreat
Visited for a week with my husband, son and 🐾. House was great with the open concept, beds very comfortable and close to a lot of stores. Yard is small but very inviting and cozy. Solar lights are a nice touch. Check in was so easy-sent the door code and we let ourselves in. Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Would highly recommend this house!

A beautiful home
My family and I were in Bend visiting my brothers and this home had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay great! The layout of the home is wonderful. The living room, dining and kitchen combo makes for a great hang out space to play games and cook dinner and enjoy each other’s company. We also enjoyed the backyard and grill! We will definitely stay again when we travel back to Bend!

Perfect Pet Friendly Bend Rental
This place was so perfect for us and our two dogs. It was beautiful, clean, and very dog friendly. It was fully stocked with everything you could think of. We loved the personal touches and the cozy feeling of the house. The back yard was fully fenced and in a nice neighborhood. We were close to downtown and all of the places we like to adventure and the price was great. There were no hidden fees and management was easy to reach and checked in on us during our stay. I would highly recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year.

Great animal friendly home!
We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was appointed with so much more than any other home we have ever rented, from kitchen appliances, to the bar cart, to the amenities in the bathrooms, to the night lights in all the rooms, to the animal bed and food bowls. It is in a great location - pretty much only minutes from anything you would want to do in Bend. It is about a half hour from Mt Bachelor, and 45 minutes to the Smith Rock area. The keyless entry into the house and garage were nice, too. Thanks for providing a great home from which to enjoy our vacation!

Horse Show House
We were staying in Bend, OR for a 2-week charity horse show. We had a wonderful time at the show and a restful time back at the house. Very comfortable and cozy. Nice location. Fenced in back yard for our dog. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay close to the Old Mill District and conveniently located to most destinations around Bend.

Very pretty house. Quiet neighborhood. If you are seeking something walkable the closest things are far from quaint or walker friendly. To get to most of the quant bend spots, cute coffee shop, or dining most will need to drive. We did take our tubes and walk 30 minutes (over bridge) to river, which was not bad at all once you cross the highway. Once across the highway (maybe .5 miles), it was a nice walk. For us the area was very walkable once across the bridge/highway. Neighborhood however has future potential so all this may change shortly as more develops/ move in. Frankly even one cute coffee shop off the busy roads, could be a game changer but there is a Starbucks near by but not the type you linger long. We had dogs, and home was dog friendly. Loved that. Big sky park was just a 20 minute drive and was a very friendly off leash spot. Lots of dogs, shade and a bit of grass. House was clean, classy, but there was a smell of cigarettes (we think), at times stronger in certain spots then others…. We bought candles and room spray, opened windows. That helped a lot. Beds comfy, kitchen so nice….

PROS: - Management Team (Trish) and communication!!! - Fully Stocked with anything you might need for cooking (which is amazing when you want to cook special meals for your mom and aunt like me) - games galore - comfortable beds with varied firmness for the mattresses and pillows - option to park in garage - Apple TV set up for Prime/Netflix/Music - simple check out procedures Pictures do not do the property justice. Perfect location
May I please buy this house! My family and I had so much fun here. It is perfectly located for great Bend dinning, quick coffee run and the slopes. I have stayed in a ton of vacation rentals and this home was a blast. The first thing we noticed was the attention to detail to the 'renter experience ' . This home was decorated with a designer's eye with great art pieces, cozy color schemes and great kitchen amenities. Beds...um nailed it! Really comfortable and clean. We hope we can rent this unit again or better yet, buy it. Thanks!!!

Good place with one major issue.
Overall the place was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, and great communal space. It was listed as pets allowed and this was no issue, all was clean. One big problem however: the place was listed as nonsmoking but the house had very strong odor, especially in 1 bedroom and the garage. Air filters (which were included in the home) and open windows did not help. When we emailed & called the managers, they acknowledged that the previous residents had smoked in the garage and that they had recently painted over some areas of the house. It is not clear if the odor was from the previous owner, recent painting or some other source. We ended up having to wash all of our clothes again once we got home because the odor traveled home with us. This is the first "bad" review we have ever done with VRBO, but we just want to give others a heads up. Hopefully, it will have improved.
