The beautiful condo sits in the Powder Village Complex with view of the pool and common area. Upon entering this 2nd floor unit you are welcomed in to a great room with sleeper sofa, smart TV and DVD player plus tons of light. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 and leads in to the fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and appliances you need to keep your family fed and happy during your stay.

On the main level is the primary bedroom with queen bed and newly remodeled full bathroom featuring granite countertops. Head up the ladder to the loft area to find two twin beds for the kiddos.

Off of the living area is a private deck. Guests of Powder Village D3 have access to the community pool and hot tub.

Sisters Trip
This was a great property! The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They provided bikes and it’s an easy ride into Sunriver Village. The pool area as very nice and quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk a block and enjoy the food trucks and Century Commons.

Disappointing
Positives - Easy check in process, nice pool and quiet location. Owner provided bicycles and property management sent a lot of texts. Negatives - The location was inconvenient. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke really bad and was super dusty (even the bedding). The provided air conditioner was loud and bulky. The plugs were worn out and anything we plugged in, fell out from the wall. The loft had a super steep staircase that was less than desirable. The beds were uncomfortable and none of us slept well. The bedding was old and smelled bad. We ended up shortening our vacation to go home and sleep in our own beds and get away from the dust. I noticed that the reviews were excellent on VRBO for this complex (over 9.3). How is it possible that the same complex could have reviews as low as 4/10 on other websites. Shame on me for not cross checking reviews. How is this possible?

Place was very clean and was exactly as advertised. Easy to find and easy to get into. Just a few minutes walk to the village. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit but outside of Sunriver proper
Unit is beautifully updated and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and linens are nice quality. Kitchen had all the expected cooking and dining items, but I would have appreciated a few spices and coffee for the morning. There was nothing but salt, pepper and sugar. My one disappointment was the location, but I should have realized that prior to booking. It is in the Sunriver business park, which is kind of industrial, and you need to go on a busy road/intersection before crossing into a Sunriver where there are bike paths. Management was very responsive by text even after hours and on the weekend.

Great little condo
We enjoyed our stay for our first time in Sunriver! The condo was just what we needed after staying in a hotel all week. It was comfortable and clean and very nice being near the pool and hot tub for our kids. The only hard part was staying with an almost 2 year old and keeping him away from the stairs up to the loft. That was very steep and we didn’t want him to fall. One thing that would be nice to add to this condo would be some staple food items, like oil and seasonings. Those are things that could be needed but may not want to be bought while only staying for a short time, but can last in a VRBO. We bbq’d steaks for dinner one night and had asparagus, but only had access to a tiny bit of salt and pepper we found in the cupboard. Overall though we enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to go back!
